Rental Application

Introduction


If you are interested in becoming a tenant please submit a completed application. To help get you started on the rental process we have provided an on-line rental application below or you may download an application in PDF or MS Word format, fill it out and mail it in. If you in the area you may  drop off your application at our office located at 2718 Grove St #1 in Kansas City, MO.

On-Line Instructions


Fill out the on-line application as completly as possible.

Once we recieve you application we will review it and complete a background check.  If approved, you may then select a property from our current listings and sign the lease agreement.

Mail-In Instructions


You may download and submit a completed application form to Ross Management.

Be sure to sign your completed application and mail it to:
